Terms of ServiceTerms
Lycan's Legacy Lupine Dogs Terms of Service
A copy of the Terms of Service will be emailed to you (the customer). It must be returned signed along with the deposit. Deposits can be sent through Paypal or money order. You will not be placed on the waiting list until your deposit and signed terms of service are received.
Deposit:
A deposit of $500 is required to either reserve a puppy from a litter already on the ground, or to reserve a puppy from a future planned litter. A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a puppy from a litter already on the ground, or to reserve a puppy from a future planned litter if you are also receiving breeding rights.
-
By sending in a deposit, you are agreeing to the following terms:
-
all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE (Nonrefundable: not subject to refunding or being refunded) unless a litter is cancelled.
-
A cancelled litter means I did not allow the parents to reproduce due to possible health concerns.
-
-
-
That being said:
-
If parents are bred and pups are either not produced, or not enough pups are produced, you will be moved to another litter either that same year or a following year.
-
If parents are bred and you don't "like" any of the pups, you will be moved to a different litter either that same year or a following year.
-
If parents are bred and something happens to you personally and you cannot take a pup that year, you will be moved to another litter a following year.
-
A following year could be next year or the year after that or the year after that. A different litter may not mean it's from the same pair.
-
-
Only litters bred by me will be offered as compensation for the aforementioned situations. This does NOT include the pick of the litter pups I get as payment for studding my males out to other breeders.

Locking in a Slot:
-
Once you are locked in for a litter, you cannot jump to another pairing that you randomly decide you like better.
-
Once you are locked in for a litter you cannot change your mind and demand your deposit back (refer to above information on deposits)
Once you are locked in for a litter, you accept the fact that it may take a year or a few years for that litter to be born. You cannot demand your deposit back because you decide you don’t want to wait.

Balance:
-
So, you sent in your deposit and signed Terms of Service paperwork. How do you pay the balance on your puppy? Part of it when the pups are born and the rest a pick up.
-
When the puppies are born you have until the puppies are 10 days old to send half ($750) of the remaining balance and a signed copy of the contract.
-
On pick up the last half ($750) of the balance will paid in cash.
-
Failure to bring the last $750 in cash will result in you not receiving your puppy, losing your deposit, and wasting a trip.
-
-
Please Ensure you have everything ready before you leave to pick up your puppy. If you are shipping your puppy instead of picking up your puppy additional costs will come with shipping and the complete balance of the puppy is due at 10 weeks old before shipping at 12 weeks.
-

By sending a deposit you are agree to the above legally binding terms.
